Technical Support - Recruitment Software - Cambridge
Are you a Visual Basic*SQL Server guru? Do you have a love of all things IT? Then this is the job for you. Fast growing company in the recruitment software industry based in Cambridge, is looking for an enthusiastic, recent graduate to join the technical support team. You should have experience in 2 or more of the following: VB Script, JavaScript, Windows NT*2000, Crystal Reports, Help Desk systems, CRM software, structured programming, systems design &*or development. You should also have excellent communication and good customer service awareness. You will be responsible for all technical support queries direct from customers, remote installations, writing SQL*VB scripts, creating screen designs, and some Crystal reports. Salary £20k pa.
